It is easy to add an extra 500 calories without even knowing it, so we have found some low-calorie, healthy cocktails you can serve at your next holiday party. Cocktails can be a good stress-reliever, but you might be surprised to find some added (and tasty!) health benefits from some common ingredients—like pomegranate, cranberry and dark chocolate. Cranberry is an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese and other phytonutrients called flavonoids; dark chocolate has inflammation fighting properties which reduce cardiovascular risk; and pomegranate is chock full of antioxidants that may prevent cancer, lower blood pressure and support your immune system. With these kind of health benefits, you can enjoy these festive cocktails almost guilt-free!

Peppermint Cosmo
