If you are looking for more ways to get into the 4th of July, start the holiday week off with a red, white or blue smoothie! No, we don't mean adding red, white AND blue ingredients in your smoothie - that would just make purple. So pick your favorite from red, white or blue and blend up the ingredients for a healthy start! Blend all ingredients until smooth, unless otherwise noted.
