Ritual Wellness is known nationwide for their incredible cleanses and juices and we are LOVING their jam-packed book, The Juice Cleanse Reset Dietby Ritual Cleanse founders Lori Kenyon Farley and Marra St. Clair. One of our favorites is the green berry smoothie. We are admittedly big fans of kale, but it definitely does not overpower every sip of this juice thanks to the awesome blend of berry, apple and carrots. From increasing energy to detoxifying the liver and fighting free radicals, this smoothie does it all. Thanks for sharing, Ritual Wellness. Ritual Wellness: Green berry smoothie

Makes 16 ounces Ingredients 1/2 bunch of chopped kale (about one cup) 1 handful mixed baby greens (about one cup) 1 carrot, chopped 1 green apple, cored and sliced 1 cup raspberries 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup ice Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Enjoy!
You can store the smoothie in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours
